Pickering Pacific is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Sodexo on the sale of Active Global to One Aged Care, a Singapore-based senior healthcare services group established by TPG.
Active Global is a leading provider of homecare services in Singapore and Hong Kong. It also provides community-based services in Singapore through its Senior Care Centres and Active Ageing Centres.
The transaction was completed in July 2026.
