Consolis divested its 51% stake in PT Bonna Indonesia to Dusaspun

Pickering Pacific is pleased to announce that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Consolis in connection with the sale of its 51% stake in PT Bonna Indonesia to PT Duta Sarana Perkasa (Dusaspun) and its affiliated entities and persons.

Established in 1993, PT Bonna Indonesia is an Indonesia-based manufacturer of Reinforced Concrete Steel Cylindrical Pressure (RCCP) Pipe supplying its products in the Asia-Pacific region.

Consolis is a France-based building materials supplier specialising in precast concrete solutions for the building and utilities sectors. The group currently employs more than 7,600 employees in 17 countries and generated EUR 900m in net sales in 2024.

Dusaspun is a leading Indonesian precast concrete manufacturer. The group employs more than 1,000 people and has completed a wide range of projects, from toll roads, housing clusters, high-rise buildings, industrial estates, raw water supply, to clean water distribution systems.

The transaction was completed in September 2026.
