On 14 June 2018, Erwan Meurzec, Managing Director at Pickering Pacific, gave a talk at the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Hong Kong on “Selling a privately-owned company – a triple perspective on how to prepare for and execute a successful exit”. 

The speakers were Erwan Meurzec, Nicolas Venderchmitt – Partner at LPA-CGR law firm, and Jean-Baptiste Dabadie – CEO and former owner of Asiapack who successfully sold his business in 2017 advised by Pickering Pacific on the financial side and LPA-CGR on the legal side.
