Sale of Tractebel Southeast Asia, a regional renewable engineering consulting company, to Nippon Koei Energy Solutions

Pickering Pacific is pleased to announce that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Belgium-based Tractebel on the sale of its Thai and Indonesian subsidiaries to Japan-based Nippon Koei Energy Solutions.

Tractebel is part of Engie (one of Europe’s top renewable energy companies), and a leading global engineering consulting company, renowned for its expertise in renewable energy, hydropower, gas, and transmission and distribution projects.

Nippon Koei is a subsidiary of Integrated Design & Engineering Holdings (ID&E), a member of the Tokio Marine Group and Japan’s largest engineering consulting company.

This acquisition enhances Nippon Koei Energy Solutions' presence in Southeast Asia, enabling the company to better address the region's growing demand for sustainable energy solutions while supporting its regional expansion.
